Job Description
We are seeking a driven White Collar Recruiter with a strong agency background and experience handling diverse roles across industries. This position involves full-cycle recruitment responsibilities, reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar roles across multiple industries.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
- Screen and assess candidates based on job requirements and client expectations.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.
- Meet individual KPIs related to sourcing, submissions, interviews, and closures.
