Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

Tailor your interactions and offerings to the specific needs and preferences of each client. To understand their concerns, goals & evolving needs.

Maintain consistent communication with clients, even when there are no immediate issues to address.

Go beyond reactive support and proactively anticipate your clients requirements. Offer solutions and suggestions that align with their goals before they even ask for them.

2. Workflow Warrior: Agility & operational excellence, eye for detail to deliver workflow as the main point of contact between the company and the clients ensuring they are executed on time and within budget

3. Brand Strategy Development: Developing and implementing brand strategies that align with the companys objectives, ensuring consistency in brand language & tonality across media channels.

4. Marketing Campaign Management: Planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the brand and its products or services. This includes identifying target audiences, creating compelling content, and monitoring campaign performance.

5. Analytics and Measurement: Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of branding and marketing efforts through metrics and data, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.

6. Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams such as design, content, and sales to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment.

Requirement - What do you need to succeed

1. Experience: Previous experience in brand management, marketing, or client servicing roles is crucial. Experience in managing client relationships and executing marketing campaigns is highly valued.
