Job Description

    As a Business Development Associate at our company, you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks to drive the growth and success of our partnerships and products. Your role will involve the following responsibilities:
    - Scout for new partners/products and recommend products for elevation to senior leadership and Executive leadership.
    - Develop robust business cases for all product categories in the US and Canadian markets, including Institutional, Retail, and OTC segments.
    - Create slides for team meetings and meetings with senior and executive leadership, including deal closure books and Deal Memos.
    - Assist in drafting non-binding term sheets and support the BD team with agreement negotiations.
    - Manage due diligence on new BD deals, collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Regulatory Affairs, Project Management, Formulation and Analytical R&D, Commercial, and others.
    - Travel to various conferences and meet Glenmark partners.
    - Support the BD team in the budget process and long-range planning.
    - Build a network of trusted global development and manufacturing partners.
    Desired Experience And Knowledge:
    - Minimum of 5 years" experience in a pharmaceutical company in portfolio and/or BD functions.
    - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    - Experience in communicating with global companies.

    - Excellent analytical skills, particularly in financial modeling.
    - Proficiency in utilizing IQVIA.
    - Intermediate understanding of the small molecule pharmaceutical life cycle.
    - Intermediate understanding of Hatch Waxman, Quality, and Regulatory aspects related to the evaluation of BD deals.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
