Job Description
- You will be working as a Sales Officer at the Hinganghat Shraddha Busiplex site, where your primary focus will be on real estate sales and marketing. With 3-5 years of experience in this field, you should possess strong negotiation skills and a target-oriented approach to achieve desired results.
Your responsibilities will include identifying and exploring potential clients in nearby areas, generating leads, conducting site visits, and effectively presenting property details to prospective buyers. Developing excellent communication and negotiation skills will be crucial, along with establishing and maintaining relationships with local real estate consultants. Working in a structured manner to meet sales targets will be a key aspect of your role.
The ideal candidate for this position should have 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, along with excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and having the ability to establish and maintain client relationships are essential requirements. Knowledge of the local real estate market would be an added advantage.
