Delivery Manager/Offshore Head - Pharma

Our client, a US-based Pharma organization, is establishing its Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad to support global GMP systems and enterprise IT operations.
We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager - Offshore Head to build, lead, and scale this center - driving delivery excellence, governance, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams. Pharma domain experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the Hyderabad GCC, driving governance, KPIs, and operational excellence.

- Manage end-to-end delivery of GMP systems (SAP, MES, LIMS, PLM, QMS, etc.).
- Oversee IT Operations and InfoSec functions including infrastructure, end-user services, and cybersecurity.
- Govern vendors and offshore partners for quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team (20-30 employees).
- Act as a key bridge between onsite leadership (US, Europe, Malaysia) and the India center.
- Champion automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 15-22 years of IT leadership experience, including 5+ years managing offshore/global centers.
- Proven experience delivering ERP and GMP systems (SAP, MES, LIMS, etc.) within the Pharma domain.
- Strong knowledge of IT operations, infrastructure, and information security in hybrid environments.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience in governance frameworks, SLAs, and continuous improvement models.
