Currently, we are seeking Client Partners to join our India office. As a digitally native technology services company, we combine innovation, design, and engineering at scale using cutting-edge technologies in the digital and cognitive field to empower organizations comprehensively.
In this role, we are looking for an exceptional hands-on Client Associate with over 10 years of experience to drive our business forward with existing and new clients. The responsibilities include executing the go-to-market strategy, sales, and business development activities in alignment with the strategic plan and overall engagement direction. Autonomy, self-motivation, effective communication skills, and a proactive, results-oriented approach are crucial for success.
Based in Bangalore, the ideal candidate should have industry experience in healthcare and life sciences or GCC sectors. Key responsibilities include developing key accounts with potential revenue exceeding $50 million, collaborating closely with the Engagement/Tech Director and Delivery Director to ensure client expectations are met, achieving business targets and KPIs, and actively participating in go-to-market plan creation for domestic and international clients.
Successful candidates will have at least 5 years of software sales experience and a proven track record in selling solutions or services at an executive/C-level. Experience in making executive-level calls, developing client-focused solutions, and mobilizing internal resources effectively is essential. Prior experience in a software services company is advantageous, along with a demonstrated ability to present and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical executives at all organizational levels.
Our ideal Client Associate should possess a new business hunter mentality, proactive approach, and a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies. An aggressive, persuasive, and persistent attitude is key, along with the ability to drive Digital Services Engagements into new business areas.
