Job Description
- As a Senior SAP FICO professional at Globant, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of experts who have developed revolutionary solutions in their respective fields. You will play a key role in large-scale projects on a global scale, making a significant impact with your contributions.
In this role, you will be part of an agile pod, working collaboratively in self-regulated teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. Your responsibilities will include providing technical expertise to architects, leads, and engineers throughout the software development life cycle, ensuring that technical solutions meet project requirements, and defining best architectural practices for projects.
You will have the autonomy to choose your career path from a variety of projects and industries, and be empowered to influence and lead large teams to achieve their goals. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in strategizing talent discovery, talent retention, and reskilling/upskilling within the SAP practice.
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 14 years of experience designing and developing scalable SAP solutions, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Finance and related modules. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, configure and customize SAP systems, and lead the implementation of SAP Finance projects. Your expertise in SAP Finance modules, data integrity, security, and compliance will be essential in optimizing financial processes and driving business value.
Your success in this role will be supported by your passion for innovation, flexibility, goal orientation, and ability to analyze and solve complex problems. You should also have excellent communication, managerial, and supervisory skills to effectively lead and mentor a large team of engineers and architects.
