Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Location: Noida, India
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) with a strong background in SaaS product scaling, particularly in the D2C sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, optimizing return on ad spend (ROAS), and developing community-driven growth strategies. Experience in the fintech and retail investment space is essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue growth strategies that align with the companys vision and goals.
  • Lead the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective implementation of growth initiatives.
  • Optimize ROAS through data-driven marketing strategies and community engagement.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to enhance brand loyalty and drive sales.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure offerings meet market demands and customer expectations.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of revenue strategies, adjusting as necessary to achieve targets.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Chief Revenue Officer or similar role in a SaaS environment, with a focus on product scaling.
  • Strong understanding of D2C growth strategies and community-driven marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in optimizing ROAS and driving revenue in the fintech and retail investment sectors.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
