We're hiring for a Customer Service Voice Process.

Eligibility

- Graduate/UG with minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service Voice process can apply

- Graduate/UG Fresher can apply

- Excellent Communication in English is mandatory

- Customer handling skill is required

Experienced Salary - Upto 24K CTC + Incentives

Fresher Salary - Upto 20K CTC + Incentives

Shift & week-off - Rotational shifts(For male) & Day shifts(For females) & 1 Day Rotational Week-off

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information on courses offered by the institution to prospective students.
  
• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls to resolve their queries and concerns.

• Assist with admission counseling process, including scheduling appointments and guiding students through application procedures.
  
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers to ensure excellent customer service experience.
  
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling voice processes (inbound calls).
  
• Excellent communication skills in English language; ability to work effectively with diverse client base.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills; able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
  
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while processing large volumes of data.
