JOB DESCRIPTION Staff Nurse (GNM / B.Sc Nursing) Male/Female

Location: Globuscure Super Speciality Clinics, Nagpur
Role: Staff Nurse / Nursing Assistant
Shift: 8 Hours (Morning / Afternoon)
Experience: 1–5 years (Freshers are also welcome)

Key Responsibilities

A. OPD & Clinic Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during specialty OPDs and minor procedures.
  
• Perform vitals: BP, Pulse, SPO2, Temperature, RBS, BMI.
  
• Manage OPD flow, triage, sample coordination, and patient records.
  
• Conduct injections, dressings, wound care, nebulization.
  
• Assist in ECG, PFT, Spirometry, TMT (training will be given).
  
• Maintain sterilization, infection control, and BMW segregation.
  
• Stock management of consumables, emergency drugs, and clinic supplies.
  

B. Corporate & Society Camp Responsibilities (MANDATORY)

This is non-negotiable and must be highlighted clearly to candidates:

• Actively participate in corporate health camps, society camps, and community outreach.
  
• Perform:
  
• Vitals checks
  
• RBS screening
  
• ECG support
  
• BP & Diabetes screening
  
• Patient registration and documentation
  
• Coordinate with the medical team, PRO, and specialists during camps.
  
• Handle crowd management, patient counselling, and follow-up reminders.
  
• Maintain data accuracy for camp reports and corporate submissions.
  
• Represent Globuscure professionally during school camps, society drives, corporate offices, and rural outreach activities.
  
• Flexibility to travel within Nagpur & nearby locations for scheduled camps (company will provide transportation, refreshments, and all camp materials).
  
• Minimum 18 camps per month target (as per internal clinic SOP).
  

Skills Required

• Strong clinical fundamentals & patient communication
  
• Confident handling OPD + outdoor camps

Qualification

• GNM or B.Sc Nursing
  
• State Nursing Council registration preferred
