Job Description
- As the General Manager (GM) / Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Product Management at Glomore Electro-Tech Solutions LLP, your primary responsibility will be to drive the product strategy, oversee the product line cart, and manage the development of new industrial electronic products. You will focus on developing ODM-based own-branded components and modules. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams will be crucial to expand the product portfolio, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance brand recognition.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a product strategy centered on distribution-driven growth.
- Managing the entire product life cycle from research to commercialization.
- Identifying market gaps and expanding the product portfolio to meet customer demands.
- Formulating Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for distribution-centric product launches.
- Enhancing brand positioning and maximizing market penetration through sales and marketing partnerships.
- Implementing competitive pricing strategies and offers to improve customer lifetime value (CLV), customer satisfaction (CSAT), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Conducting competitive market analysis and demand forecasting.
- Evaluating and onboarding ODM vendors for own-branded product expansion.
- Ensuring quality control and seamless integration of all products within the GETS ecosystem.
- Negotiating contracts and developing long-term partnerships with key suppliers.
- Collaborating with supply chain, operations, and regional sales teams to drive seamless product execution.
- Leading a team of product managers and executives.
- Establishing a data-driven decision-making culture to enhance product lifecycle management.
- Monitoring key performance indicators such as sales growth, inventory turnover, and profit margins.
- Using data analytics to refine product strategies and improve brand performance.
Success metrics will include:
- Time-to-Market (TTM) for new product launches.
- Customer satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Revenue contribution from new products and features.
- Feedback integration rate from customers, sales, and regional teams.
- Alignment score with CXOs.
Qualifications:

- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in a similar industry and role.
- Proven experience as a product leader in Industrial Electronics distribution-driven businesses.
- Expertise in ODM-based product branding management.
- Strong background in sales-driven product strategy and supply chain collaboration.
