What You ll Do

* Manage customer-specific data processing workflows in compliance with TecDoc standards
* Analyze client requirements and work closely with the sales team to design customized solutions
* Implement data transformations using SQL, ETL tools, and TecDoc maintenance platforms
* Develop custom reports, perform product analysis, and create data visualizations
* Optimize existing processes for accuracy and efficiency
* Provide 3rd-level technical support for data-related issues and inquiries
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless integration and high-quality deliverables

Ideal Profile

* 3-5 years of experience in data processing, database management, or software development
* Proficient in SQL and ETL tools; ability to manage complex queries and workflows
* Experience in technical consulting, product implementation, and data transformation
* Knowledge of IAM (Independent Automotive Aftermarket) or TecDoc standards is an advantage
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
* Business fluent in English; self-motivated and adaptable to emerging technologies
