Ideal Profile

* Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in the Dubai market
* At least 4 completed sales transactions
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Comfortable with CRM platforms, listing tools, and digital marketing basics
* Real estate license is a plus, but not mandatory
* Self-starter mindset with a strong work ethic and hunger for success
