Core Duties

* Design, build, and operationalize AI solutions using MLOps pipelines and cloud-native platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
* Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and implement generative AI use cases such as chatbots, document summarization, and intelligent assistants.
* Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to align AI solutions with strategic objectives.
* Support FAAS client engagements through advisory services, compliance with regulatory standards, and service delivery frameworks.
* Contribute to the development of AI-driven strategies and assist in go-to-market initiatives.
* Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to strengthen business offerings.
* Supervise projects, ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery.
* Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* 3 4 years of experience in AI and ML development, with at least 2 years in a global consulting firm.
* Strong programming skills in Python and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, and LangChain.
* Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI solutions in production environments.
* Proficiency in MLOps, AI solution architecture, and automation of workflows.
* Knowledge of data privacy, responsible AI, and ethical AI principles.
* Domain experience in one or more sectors: government, healthcare, finance, telecom, or retail.
* Flexibility to travel across the MENA region as required.
* Professional certifications such as CFA, MBA, or Certified Investor Relations Officer are an advantage.
* Proficiency in Arabic preferred.
