Job Description

    The role of Lead- HR Technology and Compliances is a crucial position within the People Strategy team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the planning, implementation, and management of human resources systems while ensuring organizational compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies. By bridging HR functional needs with technology solutions, you will be accountable for maintaining data integrity, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all HR processes. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a deep understanding of HR technology, employment law, a mindset geared towards process improvement, and the ability to translate complex HR concepts into clear and actionable policies and procedures.
    Your key responsibilities will include leading the implementation and migration of current HRMS, optimizing and maintaining HRIS and other HR technology platforms, and collaborating with IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to align and implement HR technology solutions. You will be expected to drive automation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance HR service delivery, ensure data security, system integration, and conduct end-user training across all platforms. Additionally, you will oversee HR data governance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems, and lead initiatives to improve data accessibility and transparency for managers and other cross-functional stakeholders.
    In terms of HR Compliance Management, you will be tasked with developing and updating HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and guidelines to reflect regulatory changes and best practices. Serving as the subject matter expert on HR policy interpretation and application for managers and extended HR teams will also be a part of your role. You will lead audits and assessments related to HR compliance, including data privacy and document retention, and act as a key contact for external agencies during compliance reviews or audits.

    To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree. You should have at least 12 years of progressive experience in HR technology, HR Operations, and HR compliance, including a minimum of 3 years in a team management role. In-depth knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, Oracle, etc., as well as compliance requirements, is essential. Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills are crucial, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.,
