Job Description
Company: GLS-SPA / Casa De Mirdad

Location: Mumbai (Showroom in Goregaon)
The RoleWe are seeking a high-performing Technical Outbound Sales Executive to act as the primary bridge between our digital marketing efforts and project delivery. You will be responsible for converting high-intent leads generated through performance marketing into successful luxury lighting projects. This is a full-lifecycle role involving lead qualification, technical consultation, order management, and post-sales service onboarding.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Conversion:
- Monitor inbound leads from Meta Ads/Performance Marketing via Pabbly forms.
- Filter and prioritize leads based on urgency and project scale.
- Reach out to leads via call/WhatsApp to identify technical requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal Design Team for projects requiring comprehensive lighting layouts.
- Drive product sales by confidently offering pricing and closing orders for individual fixtures.
2. Client Engagement & Consultation:
- Invite architects, interior designers, and HNI clients to our Goregaon showroom (Casa De Mirdad) for live consultations.
- Conduct or delegate site visits in Mumbai based on project workload and complexity.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the client by creating and managing dedicated WhatsApp communication groups.
3. Operations & Order Management:
- Generate and submit Internal Work Orders (IWO) and Proforma Invoices (PI) to the Factory and Finance teams.
- Provide proactive updates to clients regarding production and dispatch status.If you are reading this jd reply with a Yahoo as your first message or reply.
- Review Factory QC reports and share them with clients upon completion.
- Facilitate dispatch and submit Lorry Receipts (LR) to clients post-shipment.
4. After-Sales & Maintenance:
- Transition the client to the Service Team for installation support and long-term maintenance once products are delivered.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi).
- Technical Savvy: Comfortable with lighting technology, Pabbly/CRM forms, and basic digital marketing workflows.
- Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing multiple orders, timelines, and technical reports.
- Sales Prowess: Ability to handle high-value luxury clients and close deals independently.
- Training Phase: ?15,000 (First month if extensive training is required).
Standard Package: ?30,000 per month + Performance-based Incentives (Applicable after 7-day onboarding for experienced professionals).
