Role Summary:
The role holder is responsible for overseeing the progress of ongoing and upcoming projects across Trilogi, ensuring timely completion with the desired quality standards. This includes close coordination with internal and external stakeholders to identify new project opportunities and develop actionable strategies to capitalize on them. A key objective is to drive excellence in project delivery by standardizing processes, frameworks, tools, and performance metrics across all infrastructure, automation, and transformation initiatives. The role ensures consistent project execution, strong governance, and capability building aligned with Trilogi strategic priorities in logistics, sustainability, and digital innovation.

Functional / Technical Competencies
-Strong analytical skills are critical for interpreting data and translating it into actionable insights, which aid in decision-making and strategic planning.
-This role also demands adeptness in project management tools and techniques (SCRUM, AGILE & HYBRID).
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Logistics Process Mapping Overall, the role requires a blend of technical acumen, leadership skills, and a forward-thinking approach to drive team success and organizational growth

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or relevant field
- Master's degree in Business Administration/Logistics/ Supply Chain is preferred
- PMP or PRINCE2 mandatory
Experience
