Warehouse Team Leader

About The Role
Warehouse Operations & Productivity
Supervise and coordinate with the team’s daily warehouse activities as an immediate POC (picking, packing, and dispatching).
Ensure efficient workflow and maintain high productivity levels. Monitor UPMH and take necessary actions if in case of a drop in achieving the set UPMH level.
Responsible to process Ecom orders as per the Service Level agreement with the Brands.
Ability to be proactive and work on the issues to ensure daily SLA is achieved
Ability to plan manpower for the daily activities
Ability to plan Week off for the Warehouse Associates considering the daily targets
Responsible for the Unit per man hour efficiency level for the Warehouse Associates of QC, packing and dispatching processes.
Team Leadership & Staff Management
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals.
Assign tasks and ensure team members follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor performance level by studying UPMH and provide feedback
Safety & Compliance
Ensure all employees follow health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety checks and enforce proper use of warehouse equipment.
Report any safety hazards to the supervisor and the Head of department.
Process Improvement & Reporting
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Maintain warehouse documentation, including reports
Co-ordinating with internal and external teams.

• High School/ Diploma
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the same capacity as supervisor
• Must had an experience in Retail warehousing.
• Must had worked with WMS
