Airport Operations Agent

What role you will play in team: You'll be a crucial part of our airport operations team, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of passengers and baggage.

What you will do: You'll handle passenger check-in, baggage handling, gate management, and other operational tasks to deliver excellent passenger experience.

Key responsibility:

• Assist passengers with check-in procedures.
• Handle baggage loading and unloading.
• Manage gates and ensure smooth boarding and deplaning processes.
• Monitor passenger flow and address any operational issues.

• Communicate effectively with passengers, airline staff, and other airport personnel.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of airport operations preferred.
