Jr. Program Controller

Position Description Title : Jr. Program Controller Description: The Position is involved in the cost control of multiple engineering development programs currently running anywhere in the FCM global location in order monitor and optimise the programs financial performance and competitiveness. Also supports to R&D Controlling for activities of Monthly closing, actuals cost review and data collection and consolidation for various reports to the Business Heads. He/ She supports the Program Controller on all following activities: o Ensure compliance to all financial procedures o Support the program controller into the Business Plan updates explanations o Support the program controller into the Business Plan updates explanations or Risks & Opportunities estimates o Monitors the actual costs spent on each program on a regular basis and provides relevant reports to management o Uses SAP / FCS system and SAP-PS Module to budget and track cost o Provide reliable financial / controlling information o Participate in financial forecasting processes, providing data for budget, periodic forecast consistency, transparency different Business plans o Collect and manage data consolidation and reporting, ensuring reliability, o Gather and consolidate (part cost and price/ investments/ tooling) cost data for o Ensure Business plan evolution detailed follow up & traceability
