Job Description
- The incumbent must ensure that the content of www.godrejenterprises.com is well-structured, easy to find, and meets the needs of its users. He/She should ensure all necessary content is included on the website and is laid out in a way that suits the user. Keeping everything up to date and accurate is essential. The content can include web pages, images, videos, blog posts, guest articles, reviews, and occasionally social media and marketing copy.
The role involves editing / updating the site through CMS, but mainly acting as a coordinator and project manager, overseeing the work of the agency. Producing content schedules and audits to keep copy up to date and create new content at appropriate times is a crucial responsibility. Handling the content management system (CMS) and producing user guides, delivering training, and collaborating with the CMS developers to ensure the system meets the organization's needs are part of the job scope. Organizing user testing and market research projects to ensure the website's content is suitable for the audience is also a key aspect of the role.
