Marketing & Content Design Assistant

We are seeking a creative, organized and design-driven Marketing Assistant to support the execution of our marketing activities while elevating the visual communication of Goettling Interiors.

This role blends marketing coordination with strong design and content-creation abilities, contributing directly to our growth within the luxury interiors market.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Design

• Produce high-quality photo, video and graphic content for campaigns, website, presentations and marketing materials.

• Ensure all visual and written content is aligned with the brand's guidelines and aesthetic standards.

• Assist with photoshoots, video shoots and collaborations with external agencies or creative partners.

• Support the development of brochures, catalogues, digital assets and other marketing collateral.

Marketing Support

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  

• Update and maintain website content through CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.

• Track and compile monthly performance metrics related to marketing activities.

• Support coordination of events, launches and brand initiatives as needed.

• Maintain organized marketing archives and content libraries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing or design.

• Strong graphic design skills.

• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator and related design software.

• Familiarity with website content management through WordPress or Shopify.

• Photography, videography and basic editing capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills and a refined aesthetic eye.

• Strong sense of responsibility, organization and ability to meet deadlines.

• Creativity and proactive attitude.

• Solid knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign setup and performance tracking is an advantage.
