Marketing & Visual Content Designer (Ads & Social Media)

Goettling Interiors is looking for a design-driven marketing professional with strong skills in graphic design, photography, and video production to join our marketing team in Dubai.

This is a hands-on role focused on creating visual content conceived with an ads-first mindset, designed to generate leads through Google Ads and Meta Ads, while also being adapted for organic social media and brand communication.

You will work closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality visuals that balance aesthetics, performance, and conversion, aligned with the positioning of a luxury interiors brand.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Content Creation (Core Responsibility)

• Design and produce visual creatives for Google Ads and Meta Ads, including static and video formats.
  
• Photograph and film completed projects, showrooms, and brand content with a performance and lead generation mindset.
• Edit photos and videos into high-quality advertising assets while ensuring adaptability for social media use.
• Create graphic content for campaigns, website, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Ensure all visual content follows brand guidelines and maintains a premium aesthetic.
• Adapt creatives for different ad formats, placements, and audiences.
• Marketing Support
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Update and maintain website content using CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.
• Assist with performance tracking and reporting for marketing activities.
• Support coordination of launches, events, and brand initiatives when needed.
• Maintain organized content libraries and marketing assets.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in design, visual content creation, or marketing.

• Strong graphic design skills are mandatory.
• Proven experience creating creatives for Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Hands-on experience with photography and videography, including shooting and basic to intermediate editing.
• Proficiency in professional design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and video editing software.
• Canva may be used as a supporting tool, but this role requires professional design software experience beyond Canva.
• Understanding of how visual content supports lead generation and conversion.
• Experience managing website content via WordPress or Shopify.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing design, photography, video, and ad creatives is required to apply.
