Job Title: Marketing Manager

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing/Business Administration/related field.

Experience: 5+Yrs

Location- Work From Home

Timing- 3pm-12am

Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

Oversee all marketing activities and coordinate between team members.

Manage and grow the companys presence on social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.

Engage with the audience through regular posts, comments, and direct interactions.

Track and analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Optimize marketing efforts based on data insights to improve strategies.

Track and analyze the performance of offline campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Responsible for driving awareness, planning, organizing, and executing offline campaigns, promotional events, trade shows, exhibitions, and other brand activations to increase company visibility, customer acquisition and engagement.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and social media.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Familiarity with AI tools for social media management, content scheduling, and audience engagement (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in managing and motivating a team.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in the engineering or construction industry.

Experience of work with North American target audience
