We are looking for Shift Engineer role for facility. Facility maintenance team will comprise of Housekeeping, Safety, Power and Water Management team.
Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure the operation and maintainence of all Technical work in the site
• Ensure complaints are addressed by allocating technicians/Staffs
• Plan, Schedule, and implement 52 Preventive Maintenance Schedules for all Continental MEP assets.
• Maintain inventory and report the status
  
• Plan shift roster for team and ensure team attendance
• Report status to FM via email
• Provide administrative support
• Interact with customers through e-mails/calls
