Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor sewage treatment equipment , water treatment equipment, including pumps, aerators, chemical feeders , filters and sludge digesters.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collect and analyze wastewater samples to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Collect and analyze water samples to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Adjust treatment processes based on test results and operational needs. Adjust treatment processes based on water quality data and operational needs.
• Maintain accurate records of plant operations, including logs, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, coordinating with maintenance staff as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in emergency response activities and on-call rotations as required.
• Assist in the development and implementation of plant improvement projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in STP and WTP operations.
• Knowledge of sewage treatment processes, WTP Process equipment, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze wastewater data and make informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
