Why This Role Matters
Merchant engagement and product adoption are critical drivers of retention and revenue. This role will own the lifecycle communication strategy that moves merchants across key stagesonboarding, activation, usage expansion, and advocacy. By building structured lifecycle journeys and automation frameworks, this role ensures that merchants consistently discover value within GoKwiks ecosystem, ultimately improving engagement, retention, and product-led growth.
What Youll Own
Lifecycle Strategy & Campaigns
  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to improve engagement, retention, and revenue
  • Build structured communication journeys across onboarding, activation, adoption, upsell, and advocacy
  • Create scalable lifecycle programs that support product-led growth
Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution
  • Design and automate personalised multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging
  • Build and optimise landing pages to support lifecycle journeys
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to orchestrate targeted campaigns at scale
Segmentation & Customer Journeys
  • Create and manage customer segmentation frameworks
  • Map full-funnel customer journeys to deliver relevant and contextual communications
  • Build modular and reusable campaign frameworks across lifecycle stages
Communication Governance
  • Own merchant communication governance across channels
  • Monitor communication frequency to ensure merchants receive relevant and balanced messaging
  • Maintain consistency in messaging across campaigns and channels
Experimentation & Performance Optimisation
  • Analyse campaign performance through A/B testing and behavioural insights
  • Build experimentation frameworks to optimise messaging, timing, and segmentation
  • Use data-driven insights to improve campaign ROI and engagement metrics
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product, Design, Analytics, and Marketing teams to build integrated campaigns
  • Align lifecycle programs with product launches and feature adoption initiatives
  • Translate product insights into impactful communication strategies
Who You Are

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 2+ years of experience in Lifecycle, CRM, or Retention Marketing within B2B SaaS, Fintech, or eCommerce platforms
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and customer journey design
  • Experience running A/B tests and optimising campaigns using behavioural data
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools such as GA, PostHog, Segment, or similar BI dashboards
  • Proficiency with email builders, landing page creators, and dynamic content tools
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging
  • Understanding of PLG (Product-Led Growth) concepts and self-serve onboarding journeys is a strong advantage
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent stakeholder management across marketing, product, design, and analytics teams
  • Data-driven mindset with strong focus on experimentation, iteration, and measurable impact
