Job Description
Golden Bridge Real Estate is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in developer firm real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and closing sales to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will be responsible for driving off- plan property sales, developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Actively engage in the sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of off-plan projects, including property specifications, layouts, pricing and market trends to clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis in the real estate sector.
- Promote and sell properties in the primary market, showcasing exclusive projects and their unique features.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales campaigns with brand messaging and market positioning.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to achieve optimal results for clients and the company.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to overall team performance.
- Attend networking events and industry-related functions to expand professional connections and increase visibility in market.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details in the CRM system.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years in real estate sales, specifically in developer real estate firm.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate laws, regulation, market trends and sales strategies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Must have a valid UAE driving license (if applicable).
