Job Description

As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Solutions specializing in Talent Acquisition, you will leverage your 15-20 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition Solutions domain/Consulting to collaborate with the Solutions team in creating customized solutions for clients, particularly those with extensive global hiring requirements. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing tailored Talent Acquisition (TA) solutions aligned with specific industries and talent segments, offering deep insights and competitive strategies.
You will be responsible for designing clear workflows that streamline the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding processes while incorporating industry best practices and technological advancements. Your role as a Subject Matter Expert in TA will involve showcasing the company's strengths during client presentations, sales cycles, and due diligence phases, highlighting key differentiators from competitors.

Remaining updated on market trends and competitive analyses will enable you to identify opportunities for innovative solutions and deliver compelling pitches to existing and prospective clients. By collaborating closely with the Solutions and Transformation team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of new and customized tech solutions, enhancing the overall HR offerings.
Your ability to identify crucial metrics impacting HR and business operations will guide you in designing impactful solutions that align with clients" business needs. Your dedication, hardworking mentality, expertise in TA solutions, and transformative skills will be vital in driving the company's success in the ITES/BPO/KPO industry.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent position requiring a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. As the AGM - HRO Solutions Head, you will play a key role in shaping Talent Acquisition strategies nationwide, utilizing your skills in dedicated work ethic, TA solutions, and transformations to deliver high-quality services to clients.
