Role Overview


We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to handle international voice calls. The role involves assisting global customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls professionally
  • Understand customer issues and provide accurate resolutions within defined TAT
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain quality standards
  • Document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems
  • Follow company policies, compliance, and call-handling guidelines
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics (quality, productivity, CSAT)

Eligibility & Skills


  • 0-2 years of experience in international voice process (Freshers welcome)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in night and rotational shifts
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
  • Customer-centric attitude with a positive mindset

Educational Qualification


Any graduate / undergraduate (minimum 12th pass, depending on process)


Preferred Skills


  • Prior experience in BPO / KPO / Call Center (International process)
  • Exposure to US/UK customer handling is an advantage
