Insurance Agent

What role you will play in team: You will be an independent insurance agent, responsible for generating leads and selling insurance products directly to clients.

What you will do: You will meet prospective clients, conduct needs assessments, present insurance solutions, and close sales. You'll manage your own client portfolio and maintain strong relationships.

• Generating leads through networking, referrals, and other prospecting techniques
• Meeting with prospective clients to conduct needs assessments
• Presenting insurance products and explaining their benefits
• Closing sales and managing your own client portfolio
  
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
