Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will be an independent insurance agent, responsible for generating leads and selling insurance products directly to clients.
What you will do: You will meet prospective clients, conduct needs assessments, present insurance solutions, and close sales. You'll manage your own client portfolio and maintain strong relationships.
Key responsibility:
- Generating leads through networking, referrals, and other prospecting techniques
- Meeting with prospective clients to conduct needs assessments
- Presenting insurance products and explaining their benefits
- Closing sales and managing your own client portfolio
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
