Job Description
- Provide in depth analytics knowledge with a primary responsibility for providing functional and technical guidance and support on commercial systems in line with strategic initiative for ADC
- Review processed complain cases to verify accuracy, consistency and compliance with process requirements, and review case data for special scenarios.
- Ensure tasks and activities are performed according to the work instructions, Procedures and policies in place
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders and ensure that the appropriate contact points are established with the other groups (within Quality, Training and Compliance or outside) to respond and address gaps or compliance issues that need resolution by team specialists
