Job Description

Showroom Hostess We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Showroom Hostess to join our team in Chennai.

The ideal candidate will have excellent guest relations, front desk, and hospitality skills, with a strong focus on customer relations and facility management.

Tele calling experience is also a must.

Location Chennai Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the showroom.

Manage the front desk, handling inquiries, and providing information to customers.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer relations skills.

Assist in facility management, ensuring the showroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Make tele calls to customers to follow up on their queries and provide updates on products and services.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience.

Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.

Requirements

Any degree from a recognized institution.

0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a showroom or hospitality setting.

Excellent guest relations, front desk, and hospitality skills.
