Job Description

    Role Overview:
    As an SME GWS Billing Senior Associate/Team Lead/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing Google Workspace (GWS) Billing and ensuring smooth operations in the GWS environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Minimum 3 - 8 years of experience in Google Workspace (GWS) Billing or extensive experience working in GWS environment & understanding of associated billing
    Free Workshop

    - Knowledge of any Industry Standard Ticketing tool, ITIL Framework, etc.
    - Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
    - Good typing speed (Preferably 30 to 50 WPM)
    Qualifications Required:
    - Educational background in ITES/BPO/KPO

    - Skills in Google Workspace, Industry Standard Ticketing Tool, ITIL Framework
    - Location: Indore/Chennai
    - Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
    In addition to the key responsibilities and qualifications, the job also requires skills in Google Workspace, Industry Standard Ticketing Tool, and familiarity with the ITIL Framework.
