Web 3.0 / Blockchain Engineer

About the Role:

We are hiring experienced Web 3.0 professionals to design, build, and scale next-generation decentralized applications (dApps), smart-contract frameworks, and blockchain ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop secure Web 3.0 applications using Ethereum, Polygon, or Solana.
• Write, audit, and optimize smart contracts (Solidity / Rust / Move).
• Integrate wallets and decentralized APIs (MetaMask, WalletConnect, IPFS).
• Ensure performance, scalability, and gas-fee optimization.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Research and implement emerging DeFi, DAO, and Layer-2 technologies.

Technical Skills Required:

• Blockchain Frameworks Ethereum / Polygon / Solana
• Smart-Contract Languages Solidity / Rust / Move
• Web3 Frameworks Hardhat, Truffle, Brownie
• Integration Web3.js, Ethers.js, Wallet SDKs
• Front-End Collaboration React / Next.js / TypeScript
• Strong understanding of cryptography, security audits & gas optimization

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience building and deploying live blockchain products or DeFi platforms.

  Get Hired
  Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Layer-2 scaling solutions or cross-chain bridges
• Open-source contributions or published Web 3.0 projects
