1)Accounts payable:

1)Coordinate with GBS team on daily basis to monitor the Invoice Booking Status ,resolve query related to invoices.

2)Monitor Pending Invoice status on daily basis & ensure timely booking of Invoices

3)Month close activity related to AP

3.1 Monthly accrual of exp, Pending GRIR & Intransit

4) Vendor Advance processing & tracking

5) Tracking SME vendor invoices and Timely payment to MSME vendors & other vendors

• 
  Submission of TDS & TCS return.


• Preparation of MSME return,


• Month TDS reconciliation


• Ensure timely deposition of TDS


• TDS recon with 26 AS


• Preparation of Data related to FLA return

4)Capex Accounting & reporting :

1)Monthly review of CWIP with project & Engg team,

2)Capitalization of assets,

3)Monthly depreciation review & capex accounting.

4)Tagging & Physical verification of Assets.

5)Month closing & reporting activity related to profile- Accounts payable, Capex

6)Statutory & Tax Audit –

• Prepare audit schedule
