Job Description

    As a Solution Engineer in gTech Ads at Google, you will have the opportunity to work at your preferred location in either Hyderabad, Telangana, India or Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Your role will involve providing support and technical services for customers utilizing Google's Ad products stack. You will play a key role in enabling customers to optimize their use of Ad and Publisher products, guiding them through setup, implementation, and optimization of ad campaigns.
    Minimum qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience. You should have at least 3 years of experience in solution engineering and 1 year of experience in stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting. Additionally, 2 years of experience in system architecture and reading code, such as Python, is required.
    Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields. Ideal candidates will have 5 years of experience in Internet products and technologies, with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of the publisher and advertising market or online ads landscape is a plus. You should also possess the ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders, along with strong relationship building, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills. Being able to learn technical concepts and apply them will be essential for success in this role.

    In this position, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with Google's advertisers, agencies, and partners. You will work collaboratively with internal teams, including Sales, Go-To-Market, Product, and Engineering, to develop advanced solutions and tools based on the evolving needs of users. Your primary focus will be on ensuring product adoption and usage, serving as the main technical contact for clients, and providing consultative support to enhance customer satisfaction.
    As part of the gTech Ads team, you will contribute to the development of solutions that aim to maximize the benefits of Google products for customers worldwide. Your technical expertise, product knowledge, and understanding of customer needs will play a crucial role in driving customer success and satisfaction.
