Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for managing the global mobility process for Google employees, ensuring compliance and a smooth transition for employees relocating internationally.
What you will do: You will handle visa applications, tax equalization, relocation logistics, and other related tasks. You will ensure compliance with immigration laws in various countries.
Key responsibility:
- Manage the entire global mobility lifecycle, from initial assignment planning to post-assignment follow-up.
- Process visa applications and ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations in various countries.
- Manage tax equalization and ensure compliance with local tax laws.
- Coordinate relocation logistics, including housing, transportation, and other related services.
- Provide support and guidance to employees relocating internationally.
- Maintain accurate records of global mobility activities.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Relations, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in global mobility or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
- Experience with tax equalization and international relocation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using global mobility software and tools.
