Product Manager, Google Pay India

What role you will play in team: You will be a key player in shaping the future of Google Pay in India, working closely with a talented team to deliver innovative features and enhance user experience.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Google Pay in the Indian market.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Define and manage product requirements, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
• Prioritize features and functionalities based on user needs and business objectives.

  Monitor product performance metrics and identify areas for optimization.
• Manage the product backlog and sprint planning process using agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align product strategy and execution.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on mobile payments or fintech.
• Deep understanding of the Indian mobile payments landscape and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
