Job Description

**Position: Overseas Automotive Market Sales Manager (Middle East/Central Asia Region)**

**Job Responsibilities:**

1. Be responsible for developing the automotive market in the Middle East and Central Asia regions, establishing, maintaining, and deepening commercial partnerships with overseas clients.

2. Thoroughly understand and analyze overseas market trends and customer needs, and formulate and implement effective regional sales strategies and plans accordingly.

3. Manage the entire process of overseas orders, including negotiation, contract signing, and execution, ensuring the achievement of set sales targets.

4. Provide clients with professional product knowledge explanations and consulting services to enhance customer satisfaction and company brand influence.

5. Communicate regularly with clients to gather market intelligence and customer feedback, and promptly optimize and adjust sales strategies based on insights.

6. Coordinate internal company resources to resolve issues arising during the sales process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to clients.

7. Represent the company at international industry exhibitions and related events, actively promoting the company's brand and products.

**Qualifications:**

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for majors in International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.

2. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the overseas energy storage sector, preferably within automotive/vehicle applications. Experience at leading industry companies is highly advantageous.

3. Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to conduct business discussions fluently and effectively with international clients.

4. Familiar with the complete international trade process and relevant laws/regulations. Possesses strong market analysis, marketing planning, and customer relationship management capabilities.

5. Proactive, with outstanding communication and coordination skills, a strong team spirit, and a high sense of responsibility.

6. Able to thrive under high-pressure working conditions and frequent international travel requirements.
