Job Description
- Order & Delivery Management
- Ensure all orders are delivered within the defined SLA and meet On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets.
- Monitor operational metrics and take timely action to achieve performance benchmarks set by the management.
- Delivery Partner Management & Hiring
- On-field hiring activities to onboard new delivery boys as per requirement.
- Ensure discipline among delivery partners, including timely reporting, grooming standards, and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure all delivery boys submit collected cash on time to the client as per the settlement process.
- Shift & Attendance Management
- Ensure shift adherence of delivery partners.
- Maintain proper attendance, rosters, and daily deployment planning.
- Operational Escalations
- Identify issues which is impacting operations and escalate immediately to the Area Manager, Provide timely updates of operational challenges.
- Team Coordination & Reporting
- Act as the point of contact between store operations, delivery partners, and the Area Manager.
- Share daily reports, highlight gaps, and recommend actions for improvement.
