Job Description

This is a 3-6 month internship with a full time conversion option.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Were GradGuide, an education platform making study abroad opportunities accessible to Indian students. Were scaling fast and need a driven sales professional to build our partner network and close student enrollments.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect and outreach to education partners (coaching centers, colleges, agencies)
  • Conduct enquiry & cold calls with students and parents to understand needs and present solutions
  • Build and maintain partner relationships for consistent referral volume
  • Track sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue targets in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing team to qualify inbound leads and optimize sales materials

ABOUT YOU

  • Final-year student or early-career professional (0-2 years experience)
  • Results-driven mindset: you care about quotas, close rates, and revenue impact
  • Strong communication skills for student consultations and partner negotiations
  • Self-motivated with excellent follow-through on leads and opportunities
  • Available full-time for 3-6 months
  • Bonus: Prior sales, customer success, or education industry experience
