Were looking for a Head of Partnerships who can own the full cycle from identifying and generating leads, to closing strategic partnerships, to ensuring successful implementation and measurable business impact.
Youll directly drive Gradiis revenue growth through partnerships with HR platforms, enterprises, and ecosystem players.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate qualified partnership leads across HR, tech, and enterprise ecosystems.
- Build and manage a predictable partner acquisition pipeline.
- Convert partnerships into active revenue channels through structured onboarding and execution.
- Collaborate with product and ops teams to ensure each partner is successfully live and delivering results.
- Track, optimize, and report partnership performance and revenue outcomes.
- Represent Gradii in ecosystem discussions, demos, and partnership meetings.
- 24 years of experience in partnerships, B2B sales, or business development (preferably SaaS / HR Tech).
- Proven ability to close deals and drive implementation success.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Hustler mindset with a structured approach lead, convert, scale.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Fixed Salary: ?3 ?3.5 LPA (negotiable)
