GradRights team possesses extensive domestic and international experience in the launch and scale-up of premier higher education institutions. It is led by alumni of IIT Delhi, BITS Pilani, IIT Roorkee, ISB Hyderabad and University of Pennsylvania. GradRight is a Delaware, USA registered company with a wholly owned subsidiary in India.

Core Responsibilities

1. Finance and Accounting

1.1. Responsible for preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly and annual Books of Accounts

1.2. Managing BRS, Provisions and Amortizations.

1.3. Budget v/s actual reporting, Variance analysis, Unit economics.

1.4. Working closely with the internal and external stakeholders to manage Payments and Receivables for the Company.

1.5. Handle Payroll, vendor payments, Employee reimbursements and related compliances.

1.6. Handling day-to-day Banking operations

1.7. Be the go-to person for all-things finance in the Company.

2. Audit and Compliance

2.1. Responsible for financial compliances for the Company including direct and indirect taxation and others.

2.2. Finalization and submission of monthly/quarterly returns - GST, TDS and all other financial returns for the Company.

2.3. Single Point of Contact for all financial-related matters - for internal and external agencies - Audits / Banking / Vendors / regulatory agencies.

2.4. Implementation of company policies and procedures

2.5. Responsible for timely closure of Audits, management reports.

3. Financial Control

3.1 Responsible for Managing Expenses, ensuring policy compliance

3.2 Monitor the companys financial performance and identify trends and areas for improvement.

3.3 Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Qualification - Masters or CA or equivalent

Work Ex - 5-6 years (post qualification)
