Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives and maximize ROI.
• Monitor website metrics and campaign performance using tools like SEMrush, etc.
  
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
• Oversee content creation and social media management to enhance brand presence.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and provide regular performance reports.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and implement innovative solutions.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
• 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, and email automation tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Demonstrable experience in leading and mentoring a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
