Hiring For Founding Tech Lead | Upto 50-80 LPA

Founding Tech Lead:

• Report directly to the CEO and own the technical vision and execution across the platform
• Write code daily: Python services, agent orchestration, and production-grade systems
• Drive architectural decisions, establish engineering standards, and scale from a 3-engineer team to 10+
• Translate healthcare revenue cycle requirements into clear technical solutions and roadmap priorities
• Lead hiring for critical technical roles, set the engineering culture, and build processes that scale
• Take end-to-end responsibility for system reliability, performance, and compliance in revenue-critical environments
  

Technical Challenges

• Production AI Agents: Build reliable agent orchestration using Temporal and agentic frameworks to handle healthcare billing, insurance claims, and optimization
• Revenue-Critical Systems: Design for 99.9%+ uptime where every bug costs money and every outage impacts care
• Regulated Environments: Architect for HIPAA compliance, regulations, and audits
• Full-Stack Ownership: Browser/voice agents, Python backends, JS frontends, AWS infra with Terraform shaping the entire stack from day one
• Scalability: Start with dozens of clinics, architect for thousands scaling with complexity as well as volume
  

Requirements

• 57 years building production systems with real users
• Former founder or strong early-stage startup experience (pre-Series A)
• Built at least one independent project in AI/automation
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Expertise in Python, AWS ecosystem, and workflow orchestration tools
• Experience hiring and managing top engineering talent
• Comfortable working in healthcare/fintech-level regulated environments

Bonus: Experience with Temporal, agentic AI frameworks, or healthcare tech
