Role Overview

As a Growth Product Manager you&aposll sit at the crossroads of artificial intelligence and developer acquisition. You will address complex challenges in user onboarding, product adoption, and community expansion while driving the growth strategy for our AI code review platform. Collaborating with engineering, machine learning teams, marketing, and our developer community, you will accelerate user acquisition, activation, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the growth vision for our AI code review platform across the entire user lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, growth partners, and community leaders.
• Develop and execute a robust growth strategy and roadmap, balancing technical feasibility with growth opportunities.
• Work closely with engineering teams to define growth-focused technical requirements that effectively engage developers.
• Design and optimize user onboarding flows, trial experiences, and activation funnels.
• Analyze growth metrics, conversion rates, and user behavior to make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with ML teams to enhance personalization and user experience optimization.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to align product-led growth initiatives with overall go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct growth experiments, A/B tests, and user research to validate hypotheses.
• Define and maintain growth documentation, experimentation frameworks, and measurement processes.
• 
  Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across different user segments and channels.

What We Look For

Skills:

• Proven experience driving product-led growth initiatives from conception to measurable results.
• 3-5 years of experience in total, including at least 2-3 years in a hands-on software engineering role and 2+ years of product management experience.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, code review processes, and developer workflows.
• Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tools.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record in optimizing growth metrics, funnels, and conducting experiments.

Qualifications

Required Experience: 3-5 years of total experience with a minimum of 2-3 years in a hands-on software engineering capacity, along with 2+ years in product management focused on growth.
