The Client is building a premium, quality-first commerce platform focused on curated products, discovery-led shopping, and a differentiated consumer experience. The platform aims to move away from transactional marketplaces toward a storytelling-led, high-quality commerce experience for discerning consumers.
The Product Leader - Storefront will own the entire customer-facing app experience and play a critical role in shaping how users discover, evaluate, and purchase products on the platform.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Product Leader - Storefront who will own the end-to-end customer-facing product experience including homepage, discovery, curation, merchandising, search, personalization, conversion funnels, and repeat purchase loops.
This role is at the intersection of product, consumer psychology, merchandising, UX, and growth, and requires someone who deeply understands how consumers browse, discover, and purchase in modern commerce platforms.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN PRODUCT MANAGEMENT IS MANDATORY

- Conversion optimization across funnel stages
- Experimentation and A/B testing
- Pricing visibility, bundles, nudges, and merchandising tactics
Repeat Purchase & Growth Loops:
- Repeat purchase behavior
- Retention and engagement loops
- Wishlist, reminders, replenishment flows
- Lifecycle product features
- CRM/product-led growth features
Personalisation:
- Homepage personalisation
- Product recommendations
- Repeat behavior-based merchandising
- Cohort-based discovery experiences

We are looking for product leaders from consumer internet / ecommerce / marketplace companies, especially those who have worked on storefront, discovery, merchandising, or growth product areas.

What Good Looks Like:
The ideal candidate should have:
- Built or owned homepage / storefront / merchandising experience
- Worked on search ranking or discovery systems
- Strong UI/UX and product design instincts
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and purchase psychology
- Experience building 0 - 1 or early-stage product features
- Strong product thinking around conversion, retention, and discovery
- Ability to combine data + taste + merchandising judgment
