Job Description
- As an enthusiastic and result-driven HR professional, you will have the opportunity to join a collaborative team that is revolutionizing the Ed-Tech sector. Your role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Working on data management
- Working on attendance and leave tracking
- Working on end to end exit management (exit interviews, exit clearance, FNF)
- Partnering with other People Ops team members to support the execution of critical work cycles
- Handling employee queries for different processes (Reimbursement, referrals, etc.)
- Conducting and planning trainings, engagement sessions, Rewards & Recognition sessions, etc.
- Building and strengthening the delivery and execution of People Ops activities that enhance employee experience
To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Graduate or Post-graduate degree in HR
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
