Responsibilities:

• Be a talent spotter - assist with recruitment by reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews
• Help shape and sustain a vibrant, inclusive workplace by organizing team activities, brainstorming meaningful recognition ideas, and contributing to a culture where people feel seen and valued
• Support and execute core HR initiatives - maintaining employee records, updating policies, and ensuring processes are clean, current, and compliant
• Be the go-to human for HR-related questions and concerns. Approachable, reliable, and trusted
• Collaborate with the operations team to streamline workflows and keep day-to-day people operations running smoothly
• 
  Support leadership with people data, reports, and insights that actually help decision-making
